Iron deficiency-Apples

Symptoms
Symptoms always start at youngest leaves with yellow green, later lemon yellow and pale yellow interveinal chlorosis. Main veins still remain green. At prolonged deficiency veins become chlorotic too and necrotic spots appear in the chlorotic area of the leaves. Flowers also show necrotic blotches.Later symptoms extend to older leaves. Often young shoots of one tree are different in grade of damaging.

Severe Iron deficiency May be confused with magnesium deficiency. But magnesium deficiency produces symptoms at older leaves first.
